Integrated structure

According to the actual demand, the air compressor, gas storage tank, dryer, filter, gas distribution tank, waste oil collector, control cabinet, and other functional equipment are integrated into one container through piping, electrical, instrumentation, drainage, and ventilation systems, with high-quality parts configuration, superior system structure design, and exquisite manufacturing requirements.

High efficiency motors

According to the site power supply and process conditions, special high output efficiency motors with high quality bearings are used, and different types of voltage, frequency, protection level, insulation level, usage factor, VFD, explosion-proof and other requirements are available.

Stable and efficient transmission connection

Jinyi Chang adopts high strength intermediate coupling combined with high load elastic coupling device. The coupling bracket plays a stabilizing role, and the elastic coupling plays the role of transmitting torque, compensating shaft deflection, absorbing vibration and reducing load impact. This structure has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, low noise, easy maintenance, etc.

Unique system design

Jinyi Changs pays special attention to piping system design, sealing effect of each part and pressure difference, and special optimized design for pressure-bearing parts. The sealing connection adopts flange welding and non-destructive testing (NDE) to ensure the anti-corrosion, sealing and durability of the system piping.
The inner wall of the container is made of thermal insulation and noise reduction rock wool material, the walls are decorated with porous aluminum panels, and the roof is illuminated with LEDs. The overall interior is luxurious, clean and bright, with heat and noise insulation.

Operational safety design

Jinyi Chang containerized compressor is considered from various aspects such as use, operation, safety, reliability, psychological feeling and close human-machine connection. The power entrance and operation control system are arranged in a small box with a safety door outside the box for easy cable connection, operation and operator safety and security.

Variable frequency control / soft start control (optional)

Start-up can be selected from frequency control, dual-frequency/inverter control and soft start. The variable frequency control can adjust the speed of the drive motor according to the change of actual gas consumption, effectively saving energy. Stable pressure and variable flow also reduce energy waste and improve operating efficiency. Soft start can reduce the peak current at startup and reduce the impact on the grid and mechanical parts.

Advanced and mature intelligent control system is adopted to ensure the stability and operability of the compressor system, with complete functions such as automatic protection, automatic alarm, remote control and history recording.
